Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager in the DACH region, you will:

Maintain and Grow Existing Business: Manage a portfolio of existing commercial TETRA business while identifying new sales opportunities.
Develop Regional Strategy: Define and execute a growth strategy for TETRA and Broadband solutions across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Partner and Distributor Management: Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and explore new routes to market in emerging sectors.
Engage with End Customers: Work closely with partners to engage with end customers, ensuring a direct connection to the business and maintaining a strong presence in the market.
Drive Solution Sales: Identify, consult, and develop value propositions that enable the sale of TETRA and Broadband solutions.
Account Planning: Create and execute robust account plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Align with Product Development: Share customer insights with product managers to ensure solutions meet evolving market needs.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Use CRM tools to build and manage a solid sales pipeline.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead business negotiations and secure tenders.
Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry, vertical, and marketing events to promote solutions and build connections.


What You Need to Succeed:
Sales Expertise: Proven success in building customer relationships and delivering results in TETRA and private wireless ecosystems.
Technical Acumen: Experience in selling technology products with an understanding of the telecom business and public sector.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while managing multiple priorities.
Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership skills to set direction, motivate others, and build lasting partnerships at senior levels.
Experience: 5-10 years of active sales experience, ideally with a background in mission-critical communications or related technologies.
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
Autonomy and Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent networking and presentation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 50% of the time).
Location: Based in the DACH region, preferably in Germany.
