An established leader in global yacht management is seeking a dynamic Chief Business Officer to join their executive team. This is a rare opportunity to influence strategic direction, lead commercial and operational initiatives, and shape the future of a growing international business.

About the Role:
You’ll be a trusted partner to the Managing Director and Board, leading high-impact projects, overseeing UK operations, and driving global growth strategies. You will manage commercial contracts, enhance client relationships, and champion continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Drive global business strategy and expansion
•    Lead UK office operations and cross-functional collaboration
•    Oversee contracts, compliance, and client satisfaction
•    Manage group-wide projects, IT systems, and executive governance

What We're Looking For:
•    Proven experience in senior business leadership (maritime/yachting sector a plus)
•    Strong commercial, strategic, and operational acumen
•    Confident communicator with executive presence and international exposure
•    Comfortable with frequent travel and in-person stakeholder engagement
