We’re seeking a visionary Chief Product Architect to lead the technical design and architecture of cutting-edge communication solutions that make a real-world impact.
In this influential role, you’ll drive the end-to-end architecture of innovative, scalable, and reliable products — from concept through to volume manufacture. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Design Authorities, and Engineering Leads to bring advanced communications technologies to life.

What You’ll Do
Architect world-class solutions: Lead the design and technical direction for a portfolio of products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business strategy.
Collaborate across disciplines: Work with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into robust technical architectures and guide key design decisions.
Drive innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and methodologies, continuously improving product performance and development processes.
Provide technical leadership: Mentor engineering teams, uphold design best practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Own the full lifecycle: Oversee architecture and design from concept through prototyping, production, and scaling to volume manufacture.
Engage stakeholders: Align technical strategies with long-term business objectives, ensuring commercial and technical success.

What You’ll Bring
Experience: 10+ years in product engineering, including 5+ years in a senior or architectural role — ideally within the communications industry.

Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in designing high-availability, mechanically robust products for volume manufacture
Deep understanding of communications technologies — 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NTN
Knowledge of networking and real-time protocols (VoIP, SIP, MCX)
Experience with Qualcomm modems, high-speed digital design, RF engineering, and mechanical design
Familiarity with PCB layout, embedded software (Linux/Android), and cloud (AWS, Docker)
Programming experience in Java, Python, and C++

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
