My client, an innovative electronics design and manufacturing company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support for its IoT and refrigeration control product range. This role combines customer-facing technical support with international travel, product troubleshooting, and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online meetings
•    Advise customers on product applications, configuration, and troubleshooting
•    Travel internationally to support customer installations and resolve technical issues
•    Investigate product returns and produce failure analysis reports
•    Maintain customer support documentation and technical databases
•    Prepare product samples and technical bulletins
•    Work closely with R&D to support product improvements and technical documentation

Requirements
•    HND or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
•    Experience in technical customer support or a similar engineering role
•    Strong understanding of electronic circuits and schematic diagrams
•    Experience using electronic test equipment and soldering techniques
•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•    Full passport with the ability to travel internationally at short notice
•    Well organised, self-motivated, and customer-focused
