I’m partnering with a world-leading audio technology brand that’s redefining what great sound means. They’re looking for a Design Manager to lead a talented, multidisciplinary team working on cutting-edge acoustic and transducer technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional engineering team (mechanical, electrical, acoustic).
• Oversee development of next-generation transducer and audio systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Manufacturing to turn ideas into reality.
• Drive team performance, growth, and technical excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing engineering teams in audio, acoustics, or related sectors (e.g. automotive speakers).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Mechanical or electrical engineering background (transducer knowledge a plus).
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas.
