EHS Associate – £30,000
An innovative and growing UK-based technology manufacturer is seeking an enthusiastic EHS Associate to support its Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QHSE) operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist engineering company during an exciting phase of growth, contributing to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across diverse industries including motorsport, marine, defence, and aerospace.

Main Duties:
•    Support risk assessments, audits, and inspections
•    Monitor H&S and environmental performance through data and KPIs
•    Help maintain compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and support ISO45001 implementation
•    Assist in incident reporting, investigations, and emergency planning
•    Promote safety culture and deliver relevant training
•    Support product and process safety in collaboration with the quality and production teams

About You:
•    Organised, analytical, and confident working across teams
•    Familiar with risk assessments and H&S best practices
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
•    IOSH qualification desirable

Details:
•    Salary: £30,000
•    Hours: 37.5/week, Mon–Fri (on-site; one WFH day post-probation)
•    Reporting to: QHSE Manager
