Electronics Hardware Engineer

Role Requirements

• Develop new ECU electronics designs to meet internal, customer, and legislative requirements.
• Analyse requirements, identify gaps, and create complete schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Conduct worst-case analysis and maintain Electrical DFMEA
• Apply engineering standards, Bills of Design and Process
• Support PCB design teams and validation teams during product testing
• Release design documentation and prepare clear technical reports/presentations
• Ensure designs meet cost, manufacturability, and end-of-life recycling targets
• Escalate risks, apply problem-solving, and deliver to project timelines

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in automotive or high-reliability electronics
• Familiarity with ISO 26262, FMEDA, and Electrical DFMEA
• Skilled in CAD tools (XPedition preferred) and simulation software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• English fluency (additional languages a plus)
