- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacture (DFM) activities
- Lead production engineering activities associated with Transfer of Technology (ToT) projects
- Develop operating instructions, work instructions, and equipment specifications for production activities
- Lead technology selection, evaluation, and implementation
- Produce technical notes, reports, test specifications, and engineering documentation
- Provide production support including fault finding, root-cause analysis, and corrective procedure documentation
- Develop automated process equipment through integration of electronic control systems and bespoke software, including the design and introduction of Special Tools & Test Equipment (STTE)
