A European manufacturer of industrial sensing is hiring a European Sales Manager to own revenue and gross margin across mainland Europe, Scandinavia, and Turkey.
About the Role
This is a senior, field-based sales role covering distributor management, direct key-account sales, and new business development. You will own the territory end-to-end, travel extensively, and work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver regional revenue and margin targets
- Manage and expand distributor network
- Develop key accounts and new customers
- Identify new market and product opportunities
- Represent the business at trade events
Qualifications
- B2B technical sales experience
- International sales and distributor management
- Experience selling physical, technical products
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Engineering, science degree, or equivalent experience
Role based near Cambridge.
