UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer
Remote (1 day/month in London office) | £70,000–£90,000

My client, a fast-growing tech startup, is seeking a hybrid UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer. This is a rare opportunity to own both design and development at a pivotal stage in their journey.

What you’ll do:
Create high-quality mockups and prototypes that bring product vision to life.
Build responsive, user-friendly front-end features in Blazor, Razor, or ASP.Net.
Ensure visual consistency across typography, colours, and components.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine user experiences.
Apply user research and feedback to continuously improve the platform.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in both UI/UX design and front-end development (portfolio required).
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of UX, usability, and accessibility principles.
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack (Blazor, Razor, ASP.Net).
