About the Role

A leading FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Product Design Manager to join on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You’ll lead the product development team, managing multiple projects from concept to launch while ensuring products meet regulatory, quality and commercial targets. This is a great opportunity to drive innovation within a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the product development team

• Deliver new product launches and manage product lifecycle

• Provide technical guidance across formulation, testing and validation

• Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and procurement teams

• Manage external supplier and research relationships

About You

• Proven experience in product development within food or FMCG

• Strong knowledge of powder manufacturing processes (e.g. spray drying, agglomeration)

• Confident leader with excellent communication and project management skills

• Able to apply technical knowledge in a commercial environment
