Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid working)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
My client is a well-established technology organisation developing advanced communications and engineering solutions for global markets. They are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support project and programme managers in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

The Role
This position provides administrative and operational support across multiple engineering projects, ensuring documentation, financial tracking, risks, and communications are managed effectively within a structured project environment.

Key Responsibilities
•    Support project and programme managers with coordination and reporting.
•    Set up new projects and maintain accurate documentation and records.
•    Track tasks, risks, issues, and escalate where required.
•    Assist with financial tracking, including labour, non-labour spend, and monthly variance reporting.
•    Coordinate meetings, prepare updates, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
•    Raise and track purchase orders and liaise with Finance.
•    Support cross-functional collaboration and general project administration.

Skills & Experience Required
•    Strong administrative experience, ideally within a project-based or technology environment.
•    Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
•    Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
•    Confident communicator, comfortable working with engineering teams.
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERP or Jira advantageous.
•    Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
