QC Inspector

Quality Control Inspector II – $22–$30/hour – Manufacturing/Aerospace
My client, a leading manufacturer in the aerospace and precision fabrication industry, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector II to join their team. This is a hands-on role in a high-paced production environment, responsible for ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards, including ISO9001 and AS9100.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Perform in-process, final, and first article inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, and more.
•    Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.
•    Inspect vendor-supplied parts and finished goods to ensure compliance with contract and quality requirements.
•    Report non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and maintain accurate inspection records.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
•    Experience in sheet metal or machining precision fabrication.
•    Strong working knowledge of inspection tools and quality systems like ISO9001 and AS9100.
•    Familiarity with corrective action programs and quality management systems.
•    Solid understanding of manufacturing environments and regulatory requirements.

Additional Details:
•    Pay Range: $22–$30/hour based on experience.
•    Must pass a background check and drug screening.
•    Requires standing and mobility within a dynamic production floor.
