Regional Sales Consultant

Regional Sales Consultant – Birmingham area – up to 50k + OTE

Our client provides cutting-edge automation and fluid control solutions that power some of the world’s most vital industries. Their technologies help shape everyday products and critical processes, making a real impact behind the scenes.

They are growing and looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Consultants to join their dynamic external sales team, covering the Midlands region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Develop a strategic sales plan and deliver it

- Engage deeply with customers to understand and meet their needs

- Identify new opportunities and develop your territory

- Collaborate effectively with distributor sales partners

Requirements:

- Experience in a field-based B2B sales role

- An engineering or technical background, qualification, or strong interest

- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales activity and customer engagement

- Full UK driving licence (essential – this is a field-based role with regional travel)

- Based in or around the Birmingham area, with easy access to major motorway networks

Desirable:

- Knowledge of industrial automation or fluid control technologies (a bonus, not essential)
