Location: Cambridge (Onsite, 5 days per week)
Salary: £45,000–£52,000

A growing communications technology business is seeking a Repairs Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Cambridge Service Centre. The role focuses on delivering high-quality repair services in line with SLAs and KPIs, while leading and developing a technical team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, develop, and performance manage the repairs team
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual SLAs and business targets
• Act as the main customer contact for repair services and escalations
• Manage workflow, capacity planning, and repair centre costs
• Maintain compliance across health & safety, quality, and security standards
• Drive process improvements and support new product introductions
• Liaise with internal departments and regional repair partners
Requirements
• Electronics qualification (minimum ONC or equivalent)
• Experience supervising teams within an electronics repair or manufacturing environment
• Strong customer-facing B2B experience
• Experience managing SLAs and service workflows within an ERP system
• Commercially aware, data-driven, and organised
• Full driving licence and flexibility for occasional travel
