My client, a specialist engineering and technology business, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to support its sales office and service operations. This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer interaction, and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide internal sales support for parts, service, and support contracts
• Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and sales documentation
• Maintain CRM systems and produce sales reports
• Coordinate marketing activities, including exhibitions and events
• Creating marketing materials and company brochures
Requirements
• Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role
• Strong marketing skills, including creation of marketing material (i.e. brochures)
• Experience using Salesforce
• Experience with contracts/bids
