Key Responsibilities:
+ 3D CAD design and development of custom machinery
+ Prototype, test, and validate designs for performance and reliability
+ Translate customer requirements into detailed specifications
+ Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability
+ Write technical proposals for new development projects
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams while also leading individual projects

Key Requirements:
+ Proven experience managing end-to-end product development
+ Expertise in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and the creation of manufacturing drawings
+ Experience in designing special purpose machinery, automation, or capital equipment
+ Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, and assembly techniques
+ Hands-on and practical approach to problem-solving and innovation
