Technical Team Lead – Hardware

My client is revolutionising the AI space with light and are looking for a Technical Lead to guide outsourced hardware projects, from custom ASICs to high-performance network interface cards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead custom IC and hardware design
• Direct and manage outsourced design partners & suppliers
• Define specifications, run reviews, and approve deliverables
• Oversee hardware validation, troubleshooting, and bring-up
• Be cross-functional with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Hardware integration (RF, photonics, or optical preferred)
• Strong knowledge of signal processing, RF, control loop design
• ADC/DAC hardware control experience (high-speed)
• Technical documentation and communication skills
