Our client is an industry leading wireless technology manufacturer specializing in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules, as well as embedded connectivity products that improve IoT device communication. Their solutions are widely used in industrial, medical, and commercial fields. They’re now seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow a sales team and drive business growth along the South East.

Responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager:

  • Develop sales strategies and manage pipeline for regional growth, including direct and distribution sales.
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to qualify opportunities, address customer needs, and promote company products.
  • Present product value propositions to clients, and provide feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Educate distributors and silicon partners to strengthen sales of company products.
  • Deliver product presentations and maintain CRM entries for leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Up to 50% travel within territory.
  • Manage and train Sales Engineers across your designated territory.

Requirements for a Territory Sales Manager:

  • BA or equivalent experience; engineering background or experience in wireless sales preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Technical product knowledge in wireless modules, SOM/SBCs, IoT sensors/gateways.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Preferred experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and demand creation electronics distributors.
  • Experience in people management
