Role Overview:
A leading company in the aerospace industry is hiring for an Aerospace Design Engineer with a strong background in taking projects from cradle to grave as well as aircraft design experience.
You will be working alongside engineers of various disciplines (electronics, software, production etc) to cohesively develop and launch exciting new products.
This is perfect for anyone who genuinely enjoys tackling novel technical challenges and strives for personal and career growth. It is a very exciting time to join my client as they are in the early stages of several exciting new projects and there are several progression opportunities for the suitable candidate.
About you:
5 years minimum in an engineering (design) environment
Aircraft design experience
Experience with electro-mechanical components and devices
Experienced in the full project lifecycle
3D CAD design
Full right to work in the UK
Bonus if:
You have experience with drones/UAVs
Composite part design
Experience using Solidworks (+ Solidworks PDM)
